Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DTG × T1 Partnership Portal (the “Portal”) operated by Dynamic Technology Group Limited (“DTG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Access

The Portal is a private, invitation-only platform intended for authorized personnel of T1 Entertainment & Sports (“T1”) and Dynamic Technology Group Limited Access is granted on a per-user basis. You must not share your login credentials or provide access to unauthorized individuals.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal facilitates the onboarding process between T1 and DTG by enabling:

• Secure submission of platform access credentials and configurations
• Tracking of onboarding progress across project phases
• Document sharing between authorized team members
• Task assignment and team coordination
• Communication between T1 and DTG teams

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and current
• Notifying DTG immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Confidentiality

All information shared through the Portal — including platform credentials, business data, analytics configurations, and internal communications — is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or use any information obtained through the Portal for any purpose outside the scope of the DTG × T1 partnership.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of your access to the Portal and is in addition to any confidentiality obligations under the master services agreement between DTG and T1.

5. Platform Credentials

When you submit platform credentials (usernames, passwords, API keys, or other access tokens) through the Portal:

• Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access to stored credentials is restricted to authorized DTG personnel
• All credential access is logged for audit purposes
• DTG will use submitted credentials solely for the purposes outlined in the partnership agreement

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any purpose other than the DTG × T1 onboarding process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal or its systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
• Interfere with the Portal’s operation or other users’ access
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Portal through automated means

7. Intellectual Property

The Portal, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Dynamic Technology Group Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to DTG’s intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Portal as intended.

8. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain the Portal’s availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify affected users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim related to the Portal shall not exceed the fees paid by T1 to DTG under the partnership agreement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time if you violate these Terms or if the DTG × T1 partnership agreement is terminated. Upon termination, your right to access the Portal ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the master services agreement between DTG and T1. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of that agreement.
