When you sign in via Google OAuth or email, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided by Google). We use this information solely to authenticate you and display your identity within the Portal.

You may submit platform credentials, access details, agency contacts, and related information through the Portal. This data is stored securely and used exclusively to facilitate the onboarding process between your organization and DTG.

Uploaded Documents

Files you upload (brand assets, data exports, contracts) are stored in secure cloud storage and are accessible only to authorized members of your organization and the DTG team.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, actions taken within the Portal, and timestamps. This data helps us understand how the Portal is used and improve the onboarding experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To facilitate the onboarding process between your organization and DTG
• To track progress across onboarding phases and platform access grants
• To communicate with you about your onboarding status
• To improve the Portal’s functionality and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Within the partnership:Data you submit is shared between your organization’s team members and the DTG team as necessary to complete the onboarding process.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Platform credentials are protected by database-level security and access controls
• Access to sensitive data is logged for audit purposes
• Database access is controlled through row-level security policies
• Authentication is handled through secure OAuth 2.0 and magic link flows

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the DTG × T1 partnership engagement. After the engagement concludes, we will retain data for a reasonable period to fulfill any contractual obligations, after which it will be securely deleted upon request.
